cmmnt Pro has a free, usage-capped trial, so you can evaluate the real thing before paying. We'd rather you trial it than buy on a guess — the trial is the honest cure for buyer's remorse.
We don't monitor your usage and we collect no data — that's the whole point of cmmnt. Because of that, we rely on good faith: we reserve the right to decline refunds that appear abusive, for example buying, bulk-using the product, then requesting a refund. These are handled case by case.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
